Percentage rent will be a sum equal to 2% of the Gross
Sales, as defined in the lease, except Gross Sales from the
sale of food items, if any, and prescription items, if any,
plus .5% of such Gross Sales of food items, if any, and
prescription items if any, in aggregate not to exceed twice
the base rent.
