The owner is due to receive the fiscal 2006 return shortly with the fiscal 2007 year to end September 30 of this year. The loss carry forwards are the only large asset in the shell, no real estate, fixed assets, inventory are involved. Price is usually determined as a percentage of the loss carry forwards and their ability to provide tax deductions for a new owner. Purchase price is therefore negotiable according to a buyer needs. This can generally range from 50% to 90% of the value of loss carry forward. The buyer drives the final selling price.
