The Citgo Service station includes a Subway restaurant, a convenience store, is located on approximately one acre (or 39,783 square feet), includes a 2,600 square foot building for the convenience store and Subway restaurant and canopy. It was built in 2004 and is in accordance with all the latest Federal and State regulations. It has been owned since inception by one family and is maintained clean and with pride of ownership.

The Station has eight (8) gas dispensers, two of which are combined with diesel, four high-speed diesel dispensers on a high speed diesel island and three double walled fibreglass in-ground tanks. Two tanks have a capacity of 12,000 gallons and the third a capacity of 8,000. One 12,000 gallon tank supports the diesel operations, one 12,000 gallon tank carries regular gasoline, and the 8,000 gallon tank carries premium. The mid-grade is blended at the pump.

There is a supply agreement in place to purchase fuel at .01 cent over RAC. This is an excellent price and will ensure a steady, reliable and competitive supply of gasoline and diesel. The agreement expires in just two years and can be extended or re-branded altogether at that time.

The service station is located at a intersection of a US Highway and a busy Street. Both roads are major collection points for a Turnpike and a major artery for the County. A public middle and elementary school is located directly east of the service station. The school generates additional sales in the convenience store and Subway franchise restaurant.
